Nonprofit leader. Author. Inspirational Educator & Keynote Speaker. A natural connector with the instinct to find the expert, build the system, and make it bigger than himself.
Eric ran restaurants for 25 years, building multi-location operations and showing up with the same passion whether he was running the line or sweeping the floors. One week before COVID closed restaurants across America, he sold his final concept and stepped into a new chapter.
In nonprofit leadership, he helped scale Full Circle Restorative Justice from $140,000 to $700,000 in annual revenue by finding the right strategic partner. Today, the Spiritual Justice Foundation turns that same instinct toward a larger mission.
